Mobile internet speed in Vietnam increased by 1.4 times in July compared to March, with upload processes sped up by 1.2 times, according to the Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) under the Ministry of Information and Communications.

The Department of Telecom at the Ministry of Information and Communications will publish the weekly index of Vietnam’s internet quality on its portal starting this month, announced the Vietnam Internet Network Information Center (VNNIC) on August 11.

i-Speed, the first Made-in-Vietnam internet speed measuring app, was rolled out in Hanoi on April 2 by the Vietnam Internet Network Information Centre (VNNIC) and the Authority of Telecommunications under the Ministry of Information and Communications.
