Hung Yen (VNA) – ♏The northern province of Hung Yen targets 92 percent of residents having access to clean water by year’s end.
To achieve this, local authorities invested in sanitation programmes and water supply technologies.
It has completed 23 projects on water supply and toilet facilities at medical units and schools.
A total of 22,000 new water meters have been installed since the beginning of the year.
Communications campaigns have also been implemented, as more than 11,000 documents on fresh water and rural sanitation were disseminated across ten districts.
