Hoa Binh, RoK’s Ulju county to foster friendship exchange

Hoa Binh (VNA) – Leaders of the northern Hoa Binhprovince and the Republic of Korea’s Ulju county of Ulsan city agreed to sign afriendship exchange agreement during a working session in Hoa Binh on July 3.

Accordingly, both sides will promote prosperity developmentvia multilateral cooperation across economy, education and culture based on theprinciple of equality and mutual benefits.

Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Bui VanCuu said Korean firms are investing in many projects in Hoa Binh.

According to him, Ulju county and Hoa Binh province enjoysimilarities and advantages to establish comprehensive partnership and boosteconomic growth.

Ulju Country Mayor Lee Seon-Ho, for his part, informed hishost of his locality’s economy and culture, saying that similarities will lay afoundation for both sides to foster ties.

He believed that the two localities will open up moreopportunities to raise mutual understanding and exchange in the future.-VNA

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.

With a tight 13-month deadline, the move is under a strategic and urgent policy to bridge educational gaps, train the local workforce, and shore up territorial sovereignty in some of the country’s most remote areas.
