Cu Chi Tunnels, a 200km complex built andgradually expanded by Vietnamese fighters between the late 1940s and the 1960s,ranks eighth in the list.
Located in the city’s surburban district of CuChi, the tunnels were used to shelter fighters battling US soldiers during the war,complete with hospitals, living spaces and storage areas.

HCM City’s Department of Tourism will focus on developing and marketing destinations to increase the number of foreign arrivals to the city to six million this year, officials have said.
