Hanoi reports 26 new COVID-19 cases on July 29

Hanoi logged 26 new COVID-19 cases from 6am to 12pm on July 29, including seven ones in the community, according to the municipal Department of Health.

Hanoi (VNA) - Hanoi logged 26 new COVID-19 cases from 6am to 12pm on July 29, including seven in the community, according to the municipal Department of Health.

Among the new infections, eight had links to the outbreak at the Hanoi Lung Hospital. 

One case was in connection with a pharmacy in Lang Ha street of Dong Da district, while another was linked to a cluster in Hai Ba Trung district.

Two cases were related to Bac Giang province and four with links to a cluster in Tan Mai, Hoang Mai district.

The capital city is now under a two-week social distancing order./.
