Hanoi (VNA) – The Hanoi Police Department inaugurated an online staying notification and d🅺eclaration system at www.l𓆏utru.cahn.vn on February 1.

The system was developed by the Ministry of Police, the municipal Police Department and related units, aiming to increase the effectiveness of administrative procedures in staying notifications and declarations, particularly among foreigners and accommodation businesses.
Colonel Dao Thanh Hai, Deputy Head of the Hanoi Police Department, said the department prepared technical facilities, and organised training classes for local policemen. Earlier the system was piloted at some wards including Trung Hoa (Cau Giay district) and Hang Trong (Hoan Kiem district), he said adding that there were 230 units in the two wards participating in the system.
After a one-month trial, administrative reform has progressed significantly and the system has received active responses from the public. Hai said the department will continue to study the system’s shortcomings in order to create the most favourable conditions for businesses and the police’s professional tasks.-VNA
