Hai Phong (VNA) - 🌊The People's Committee of Hai Phong City has issued a plan to conduct surveys and collect opinions from people and organizations to measure their satisfaction with the services of state administrative agencies in the city.

The plan is to promote people's right of mastery and their supervision role in the activities of the city's state administrative agencies.
The resutls of the survey is one of the indicators to identify the administrative reform index of departments, branches, and districts’ People’s Committes. Twenty departments and deparments under city’s People’s Committee and 15 People’s Committees at distric level will be evaluated.
Citizen aged 18 and above, individuals and representatives from agencies, organisations and entrepreneurs (including enterprise associations) are those to be surveyed.
