The InternationalExposition on Technologies and Products for Energy Saving and EnvironmentProtection (E&E Expo Hai Phong 2017) kicked off in thenorthern port city of Hai Phong on November 29. The exhibition aims at introducing the achievements oftechnology development and energy saving solutions, promoting products, seekingpartners to expand the production market and finding distribution agents fordomestic and foreign enterprises. It has attracted the participation of 56 companies with around 70booths and outdoor display areas, introducing energy saving products, renewableenergy, nuclear energy and household electrical appliances, as well asindustrial equipment and environmentally friendly products. In addition, the exhibition is also a space for businesses andexperts to provide solutions on energy saving and environmental protection fordaily life and business production, contributing to the propagation and raisingof public awareness on economical and efficient use of energy for people,organisations and enterprises. The event is held at Vietnam - Czech Friendship Cultural Palace andwill run until December 2. -VNA

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
