– A fair showcasing handicrafts and products underthe One Commune Once Product (OCOP) Programme was held in Hai Duong city, thenorthern province of Hai Duong on October 26.

This year’s event, featuring 120 pavilions of 20 provinces and citiesnationwide, aims to introduce the potential and strengths in agricultural andOCOP products of Hai Duong province in particular and localities nationwide ingeneral.

It also offers a chance for businesses in and outside Hai Duong to meet, exchangeand seek partnerships.

On display are agro-forestry-fisheries products, handicrafts, food andfoodstuffs, fruits and beverages, with clear origin and OCOP certification,plus many unique products from traditional villages.

According to organisers, the fair is organised to promote the OCOP Programme inthe 2018-2020 period, creating favourable conditions for rural sectors,traditional handicrafts and craft village tourism to develop in the process ofnational industrialisation and modernisation and international economicintegration.

The event will run until October 31./.

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
