FPT University helps Lao partner in education quality management

Vietnam’s FPT University will help the Educational Standards and Quality Assurance Centre of Laos develop electronic education management and accreditation systems under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in Vientiane on September 10.

The signing was witnessed byVietnamese Minister of Education and Training Pham Vu Luan, Lao DeputyMinister of Education and Sports Kongsi Sengmani, Vietnamese Ambassadorto Laos Nguyen Manh Hung and FPT President Truong Gia Binh.

Under the MoU, FPT University will provide consulting services tobuild educational quality control as well as curricula accreditation andinstitution management systems at educational establishments in Laos.

The partnership is expected to contribute to thedevelopment and international integration of Laos’ education, whiletightening the special friendship and comprehensive cooperation betweenthe two countries.-VNA

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.

With a tight 13-month deadline, the move is under a strategic and urgent policy to bridge educational gaps, train the local workforce, and shore up territorial sovereignty in some of the country’s most remote areas.
