Hanoi (VNA) - FPT, a leading IT service provider of Vietnam, andCarlsberg, one of the world’s top brewery groups, have recently signed a globalframework contract.
Accordingly,FPT has officially become Carlsberg’s technology partner, providing informationtechnology (IT) as well as digital transformation (DT) services for the globalbrewer.
Thetwo sides also planned to explore additional areas in digital transformation,including smart brewery, cloud migration to azure, open API platform, datastrategy and analytics.
Thecooperation between FPT and Carlsberg started in January 2018. After a fewmonths of collaboration, FPT has played the role of DT partner for Carlsberg inmany projects related to manufacturing execution system (MES), artificialintelligence (AI) for planning and connected bars.
WithMES, FPT has enhanced the company’s experience in delivering projects relatedto digital monitoring and controlling system, helping Carlsberg to optimize themanufacturing process and maximize production output.
Inaddition to MES, FPT is going to leverage the company’s expertise in AI to helpCarlsberg analyse consumers’ behavior, predict demand and plan forproduction.-VNA
