The twoministers agreed to facilitate the exchange of delegations, create favourableconditions for the two countries’ businesses and investors to share marketinformation, promote trade-investment and cooperation in agriculture, science,telecoms and electronics.
They pledgedto actively work together to soon sign the Memorandum of Understanding oncooperation between the two foreign ministries, the agreement on visa exemptionfor diplomatic and official passport holders, and many other documents, thuscreating a favourable legal framework for bilateral collaboration.

The Vietnam Trade Office in Morocco, also in charge of Benin, has warned Vietnamese exporters in general and those engaged in beverage export in particular, to seek full information about importers before conducting transactions with partners from Benin to avoid being a victim of fraud.
