FLC proposes building first urban-university model in Ha Long
Real estate developer FLC Group has submitted to the Ministry of Education and Training its proposal to build an international university of technology-tourism-aviation in Ha Long city, the northern province of Quang Ninh.

Hanoi (VNA) – Real estate developer FLC Group hassubmitted to the Ministry of Education and Training its proposal to build aninternational university of technology-tourism-aviation in Ha Long city, thenorthern province of Quang Ninh.
According to lawyer Vu Dang Hai Yen, head of the LawDepartment of FLC Group, the facility will be the first urban-university modelin the locality, with an aim to provide high quality human resources tonational and international standards.
Yen said that the firm will build breakthrough trainingfacility to promote the development of human resources in Quang Ninh amidst theprovince’s strong socio-economic growth.
Under the proposal, the university will cover 50 hectaresand have total investment of nearly 4 trillion VND. It will be located in thecentre of the urban, resort, golf and entertainment complex FLC Quang Ninh thatthe firm is developing in Ha Long.
The facility is schedule to recruit first batch of 2,500students in late 2020, which will be raised to 10,000 in 2025, and 20,000 in2030.-VNA
