First virtual art exhibition space launched in Vietnam
The Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum on October 3 launched the first Virtual Art Exhibition Space (VAES) in the country, which allows painters to exhibit their works in their own ways and audiences to access the works easily anytime and anywhere.

Hanoi (VNA) – The Vietnam National Fine Arts Museumon October 3 launched the first Virtual Art Exhibition Space (VAES) in the country,which allows painters to exhibit their works in their own ways and audiences toaccess the works easily anytime and anywhere.
Director of the Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum Nguyen Anh Minhsaid that the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, which prevented visitors fromenjoying art works directly for a long time, prompted the museum to develop theVAES.
The building of the 3D space started in 2021 with thecooperation between the museum and Vietsoft Pro JSC, simulating the realexhibition space.

Initially, it will host 10 exhibitions, including sevenfeaturing collections kept in the museum and its branches in Ho Chi Minh Cityand Hue.
According to Minh, the opening of the space is just thefirst step of the museum to optimise the values of fine art works and introducethem to audiences globally without any border.
In the time to come, the museum will continue to completeand upgrade the space to ensure best interaction and convenience to users./.
A digital art space called SongLab will open in May in Hue city, central Thua Thien-Hue province, bringing visitors a multidisciplinary space integrating technology, art, entertainment, and education.
