Dak Lak (VNA) – President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Nguyen 📖Thie🐎n Nhan extended his Christmas greetings to parishioners in the Central Highland province of Dak Lak while visiting the locality on December 23-24.

Priest Nguyen Manh Cuong, chairman of the provincial Catholic solidarity committee, briefed Nhan about the committee’s activities over the past time.
The front leader praised the Catholic community for strengthening solidarity and joining local ethnic groups in patriotic emulation campaigns, contributing to national socio-economic development, defence and security. He also appreciated local Catholics for raising over 13 billion VND (572,000 USD) to build houses and grant aid for poor people and those with disabilities.
He asked the Catholic solidarity committee to coordinate with local authorities to encourage Catholic dignitaries and followers to join hands in poverty reduction and environmental protection. On the occasion, the VFF President visited dignitaries at the Buon Ma Thuot Bishop’s Office.-VNA

“I Love My Country” media campaign launched

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.

With a tight 13-month deadline, the move is under a strategic and urgent policy to bridge educational gaps, train the local workforce, and shore up territorial sovereignty in some of the country’s most remote areas.
