The Deputy Prime Minister also touredto the construction site and asked local authorities to fully take localpeople’s interests into account when solving land clearance forconstruction. Besides the quick speed construction, Deputy PM Hai alsonoted that local authorities and construction companies should pay dueattention to the construction quality as well.
Accordingto Vietnam Highway Investment and Development Corporation, this highwayproject is expected to put into operation by 2015.
TheHCM City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay highway project is to be a particularlyimportant part of the north-south expressway, 55 km in length and up toeight lanes wide.-VNA
