A delegation of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA) paid a working visit to and took part in a refresher course in France from October 23 to 28.

Paris (VNA) – A delegation of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics(HCMA) paid a working visit to and took part in a refresher course in Francefrom October 23 to 28.
The courseon leadership studies and transformation of public administration, held at the National Institute of Public Service (INSP) of France, was under a memorandum ofunderstanding (MoU) on cooperation for 2019 - 2023 between the two sides.
Speaking at a meeting with the INSP’s internationalcooperation department, HCMA Deputy Director Duong Trung Y highly valued the recentcooperation programmes and exchanges, which have been carried out in variousformats such as exchanging experts, holding online or in-person training courses,and organising specialised workshops.
The two sides agreed to sign a cooperation MoU for the nextperiod in the coming time.
On thisoccasion, the HCMA delegation visited and had a working session with theVietnamese Embassy in France.
Ambassador Dinh Toan Thangapplauded the cooperation between the HCMA and INSP, which are prestigious traininginstitutes for senior officials of the two countries and also form a special modelof education - training cooperation, helping enhance the Vietnam - France strategicpartnership, which turns 10 this year./.
A delegation of the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho made a trip to France from September 25-29 to enhance cooperation with French partners and attend the Nice Climate Summit 2023 at the invitation of the Nice authorities.
