Dak Lak (VNA) –
The CentralHighlands province of Dak Lak introduced its potentials to develop green energyto businesses from the Republic of Korea (RoK) at a forum held in Buon Ma Thuotcity on November 15.

According to the local socio-economicdevelopment master plan through 2020 with a vision to 2025, Dak Lak will focuson developing clean energy and hi-tech agriculture.

The province expects to generate over 1,400 MWof wind power in the future. It also plans to build eight biomass power plantswith total capacity of 120 MW.

Notably, Dak Lak is in a region which has hugepotentials for solar energy.

The province has potentials to develop greenenergy and renewable energy on land and hydropower reservoirs.

At the forum, local authorities announcedpreferential investment policies regarding land lease and corporate income tax.
