According to the Danang Today online, Big C is currently offering itsshoppers 20 types of eye-catching gift packages which convey messages ofgood fortune, success and happiness. The cheapest gift package isoffered at below 100,000 VND (4.6 USD), whilst the highest priced is 5million VND.

A wide range of specialties, from traditionalvillages nationwide which meet the food safety and hygiene standards,are included in the many packages. Amongst them are jasmine tea,coconut milk jam, fragrant sticky rice, Phu Le banana wine, Ca Cop wineand Chau Giang village’s Chinese beef sausages.

In addition,Big C has exported essential Tet goods to supermarket chains of theCasino Corporation in France, Brazil, Thailand and other countriesworldwide. Dried products include rice paper, instant noodles, driedvermicelli and noodles, dried fruit, peanut candies, and many kinds oftea, sauces and fish sauce.

In addition, black tigershrimps, spring rolls, rolled shrimp with potato, and other frozenproducts have also been exported. This is intended to ensure sufficientsupplies of essential Tet goods for overseas Vietnamese during Tet.
