The same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc cabled a similar letter to hisMalaysian counterpart Najib Tun Razak.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also congratulated ForeignMinister Anifah Aman of Malaysia on this occasion.-VNA
