Hanoi (VNA) – President Tran Dai Quang offeredcondolences to his German counterpart Joachim Gauck on December 21 over theheavy loss of human lives in the December 19 truck attack in Berlin.
The same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also sent amessage of sympathy to Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister PhamBinh Minh extended condolences to German Foreign Minister FrankWalter-Steinmeier over the incident.
