Hanoi (VNA) – Deputy PrimeMinister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh on February 19 sent amessage of condolences to Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammad JavadZarif over a recent terror attack in the country.

The attack occurred in Iran’s south-easternprovince of Sistan-Baluchestan on February 13, killing at least 27 members ofthe country’s Revolutionary Guards and injuring 13 others. –VNA
