Beijing (VNA) – Chinese Party, Government and people attach importance toreinforcing bilateral ties with Vietnam’s Party, State and people, said Zhao Leji, Politburomember of the Communist Party of China’s Standing Committee and Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,on January 25.
Zhao made the statement in Beijing while receiving Pham MinhChinh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Communist Party of the VietnamCentral Committee and head of the Central Committee’s Organisation Commission whois on a working visit to China from January 23.
At the meeting, Zhao informed his guest about inclusive partymanagement of the Communist Party of China, while expressing his delight at thedevelopment of the Vietnam-China relations.
Chinh, for his part, spoke highly of the recent progress inbilateral relationship between the two parties and nations, while affirmingthat Vietnam’s aspiration to strengthen traditional friendship andcomprehensive strategic partnership between the two nations.
He suggested the two sides continue to maintain and increasehigh-level delegation exchange, enhance the efficiency of cooperation mechanismsin all fields, foster people-to-people exchange; and work together to maintainpeace and stability at sea, fully implement common perceptions and agreementsbetween senior leaders of the two Parties and countries.

The 10th round of negotiations of the working group on less sensitive sea-related fields between Vietnam and China was held in Beijing, China, from December 11 to 14.
