Speaking at the event, Monsignor Thuong Tam Thanh, head of theExecutive Council of the Cao Dai Tay Ninh Church called onfollowers to lead a pure life and exert efforts to share difficultieswith other people in society.
The same day, 26booths were also organised to showcase photos on activities and ancientstories of the church, helping visitors understand the religion moreclearly.
Founded in 1926 in Tay Ninh province, theCao Dai religion worships the Divine Eye, known as the eye of heaven anda symbol of its supreme being. Cao Dai’s doctrine honours the Divineand the miraculous quality of supreme spirits, and considers them as themeans for human beings to unify with the God.
