The week-long fair is a platform forbusiness-to-business and business-to-client contacts, opening up exportand tourism cooperation opportunities.

Lying atthe gateway of the Mekong Delta, Can Tho city boasts huge tourismpotential thanks to its criss-crossing rivers and canals, unending ricepaddies and orchards.

It is home to 18 garden-typeeco-tourist and recreational sites, with three recognised as outstandingdestinations, namely Truc Lam Phuong Nam Zen Monastery, Cai Rangfloating market and My Khanh tourist village.

CanTho has 27 cultural and historical sites, including 12 national and 15municipal relics, and more than 190 lodging facilities offering over5,000 rooms.-VNA

“I Love My Country” media campaign launched

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.

With a tight 13-month deadline, the move is under a strategic and urgent policy to bridge educational gaps, train the local workforce, and shore up territorial sovereignty in some of the country’s most remote areas.
