Congratulatingthe Bulgarian community in Hanoi on the occasion, Bulgarian AmbassadorEvgureni Stefanow Stoytchev expressed his pleasure with the twocountries’ increasing development of friendship and cooperation.

Hedescribed the event as a chance for Vietnamese people who studied andworked in Bulgaria to meet and recall their memories of the Europeancountry.

On behalf of the Vietnam-Bulgaria FriendshipAssociation, and over 30,000 Vietnamese people who studied and worked inBulgaria, Chairman Nguyen Van Tuan praised Bulgaria’s valuable andeffective assistance to Vietnam’s national liberation in the past andits current development drive.
