Bosch to provide training for workers

The Lilama 2 Technical and Technology College under the Ministry of Construction and Robert Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. have signed an MoU to set up a technical industrial apprenticeship programme.
The Lilama 2 Technical and Technology College under the Ministryof Construction and Robert Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. have signed an MoU toset up a technical industrial apprenticeship programme.

It will focus on the field of industrial mechanics and will be expanded to other technical faculties in the future.

During the three year-and-a-half programme, apprentices will receive amonthly salary, allowance and other benefits from Bosch and receivepriority for job placement with the company.

Theproject, which has an investment of 2.3 million USD for the first twoyears, is co-funded by the two parties through the Official DevelopmentAssistance (ODA) of the German Government’s Development Cooperation.-VNA

Running from August 4 to September 2, under the hashtag #TuHaoVietNam, the campaign invites participants in two categories: “I Love My Country” video clips and “I Love My Country” check-in photos.

With a tight 13-month deadline, the move is under a strategic and urgent policy to bridge educational gaps, train the local workforce, and shore up territorial sovereignty in some of the country’s most remote areas.
