Binh Phuoc looks to expand investment ties with German firms

The southern province of Binh Phuoc on December 8 held a virtual investment promotion conference to introduce its potential and advantages to more than 70 German enterprises.

Binh Phuoc (VNA) – The southern province of BinhPhuoc on December 8 held a virtual investment promotion conference to introduceits potential and advantages to more than 70 German enterprises.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the provincialPeople's Committee Huynh Anh Minh believed that, German firms’ strengths andexperiences combining with Binh Phuoc’s advantages would bring great andpractical benefits for both sides.

Minh emphasised that when investing in Binh Phuoc, notablyits industrial parks such as the Becamex - Binh Phuoc industrial and urbancomplex, German investors will enjoy Vietnam’s highest investment incentives andadditional ones from the province.

The official stated they will have best conditions possibleto implement their projects successfully and grow sustainably.

Binh Phuoc always considers investors’ legitimate interestsand success its own success, he said.

Currently, the province houses 13 industrial parks spanning6,061ha, whose occupancy rate has reached 53.5% so far.

To date, Binh Phuoc has attracted 368 projects from foreigninvestors, with their total investment capital nearing 3.5 billion USD. Germanbusinesses have yet to invest in the province./.

🍌 Maximum fine of 3,000 USD proposed for violating invoice regulations

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
