Binh Duong (VNA) 🔯– The southern province of Binh Duong has taken the lead nationwide in online public service adoption, with a rate of up to 80.29%, heard a meeting on April 1.
The province recorded a 44% rate for fully online public services and 36.29% for partially online services.
Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Loi emphasised the role of digital governance in administrative management, highlighting plans to enhance digital transformation through IT projects and training policies. These initiatives aim to strengthen staff capacity and support digital community organisations for a concerted and efficient transition.
