ASEAN community festival celebrates with films and photos

A festival of photos and documentaries on the ASEAN peoples will be organised in December following the success of previous events in 2010 and 2013.
A festival of photos and documentaries on the ASEAN peoples will beorganised in December following the success of previous events in 2010and 2013.

Held by the Ministry of Information and Communications,the event will reflect the ASEAN bloc today and its achievements inculture, economics, society and religion.

The festival will alsopraise the contributions of individuals and organisations for theirefforts towards building ASEAN as a dynamic, solid and co-operativebloc, rich in development potential.

The event also marksVietnam's contributions to building the ASEAN Community as well as theregion's diversified but unified cultures.

Entries should be submitted before October 21, and the awards ceremony will take place in December.

The ASEAN Community will be officially established on December 31, and will be a milestone in the history of ASEAN.

Underthat same roof, people within ASEAN will live, connect, share, benefitand develop together in harmony on the new road ahead.-VNA
