Air Busan increases flights to central Da Nang city

Air Busan, a low-cost airline of the Republic of Korea (RoK), will increase its flights to central Da Nang city of Vietnam and other cities in Asia in order to meet the growing travel demand of passengers.

Seoul (VNA) – Air Busan,a low-cost airline of the Republic of Korea (RoK), will increase its flights tocentral Da Nang city of Vietnam and other cities in Asia in order to meet thegrowing travel demand of passengers.

Along with Da Nang, from March 31to May 25, Air Busan will operate more flights to Nagoya and Osaka of Japan,Kaohsiung and Taipei of Taiwan, Cebu of the Philippines, and Hong Kong (China).

On the Busan-Da Nang route, fourreturn flights will be added, raising the total number of flights between thetwo cities to 11 per week.

In total, Air Busan will offer anadditional 26,146 tickets in the period. Detail information of the flights isavailable at airbusan.com.

Passengers can start booking forthe added flights from March 7. Meanwhile, Air Busan has run a promotionprogramme until March 14.

Vietnam, especially Da Nang, hasbecome a popular destination for Korean tourists. According to the GeneralStatistics Office, in January 2019, the number of Korean visitors to Vietnamrose 23 percent year on year, helping the RoK surpass China to become thecountry with the highest number of tourists to Vietnam.-VNA
