🔜 Visitorsto the city could join the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival 2023 themed “HaiPhong – Shining at estuary of the sea” from May 12-14. For the first time, the VietnamSea and Island Folklore Festival will be held from April 28-29 with a seriesof scientific, sports, and cultural events.
