Lao Cai (VNA) – Police in the northernborder province of Lao Cai on December 20 arrested four men, seizing 30,000meth pills they were trafficking.

The men are Ly My La from the northern province of Ha Giang, and Vang A Sau, LySeo Ta and Ly Van Phuc, all from Lao Cai province.

The investigation unveiled that Ly My La purchased 12,000 meth pills from a Laowoman at a price of 230 million VND (9,952 USD). He then asked Ly Seo Ta to buyanother 18,000 pills valued at 270 million VND from Vang A Sau.

Ly Seo Ta asked his son – Ly Van Phuc – and a person called Nha to transportthe pills for selling.

They were arrested in Ban Cam hamlet, Ban Cam commune, Bao Thang district, LaoCai province.

The case is under further investigation. /.
