Da Nang (VNA) - The 2019 National Taekwondo Championships wrappedup in the central city of Da Nang on September 22 after six days ofcompetition.
Theorganising board presented 29sets of medals in performance and combat events to athletes.
At the men team’scombat, the first prize went to the team of Ho Chi Minh City, the second prizefor Da Nang, and the third for Hanoi and Quang Ninh.
Meanwhile, the QuangNam women team grabbed the first prize, that from Hanoi earned the second, andothers from Nghe An and Da Nang shared the third prize.
At the menindividual’s combat, the first, second and third prizes were presented to theteams from Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Phuoc and Hanoi, respectively.
Their femalecounterparts from Hanoi, Da Nang and Quang Nam received the first, second andthird prizes.
Co-organised bythe Vietnam Taekwondo Federation and the municipal Department of Culture andSports, the competition attracted nearly 300 athletes of 31 teams from cities,provinces and departments nationwide./.
