HCM City (VNA) – The 10th Vietnam International Retailtech &Franchise Show (VIETRF) will take place in Ho Chi Minh City from November 1-3.

The event is expected to draw the participation of about 150 franchise models, and50 retailtech brands from countries like Vietnam, the Republic of Korea,Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Canada, India, the Philippines and the UnitedStates.

Apart from displaying and introducing products, the event will focus on businessmatching programmes and training courses, seminars on retail and franchiseactivities.

VIETRF is the only trade show about retail-related technologies & franchisebusinesses in Vietnam that attracts more than 30,000 visitors every year.

Last year’s show was filled with exhibitors fromcountries all over the world, including the RoK, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia,Thailand, and more.

According to last year’s exhibitor survey, 92 percent of exhibitors indicatedthat they were satisfied with the exhibition and the results, and 81 percent ofexhibitors indicated that they would participate in the show again. - VNA

ℱMaximum fine of 3,000 USD ꧂proposed for violating invoice regulations

Under a draft to amend and supplement the Government's Decree 125/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations of tax and invoice regulations, the Ministry of Finance has proposed classifying the failure to issue invoices into five different levels. Infraction levels will correspond to fines of 1 million VND to 80 million VND, depending on the nature and number of invoicing violations.
